My name is Joanna, Owner & Lead Makeup Artist & Event Hairstylist for my luxury beauty service, True Beauty! I provide ON- LOCATION Luxury Makeup & Hairstyling, plus I’m a certified GLOBODY Sunless Spray Tan Professional!
My aesthetic is ‘SOFT GLAM’. The “amp up” of NATURAL MAKEUP that makes you feel totally YOURSELF & totally FABULOUS at the same time! I describe it as modern chic, clean & supermodel-esque!
Although based in Hilton Head Island South Carolina, I have been blessed to travel for my clientele to Italy, Montana, Boston, California, New York, New Jersey, Florida, North Carolina, Texas, Georgia & beyond! I am always open and willing to travel nationally & internationally for my clientele!

I enjoy Red Carpet glam, fashion/editorial, & makeup education but my true passion is in my BRIDAL BEAUTY. With totaling OVER 100 BRIDES per year, my title as a LUXURY BRIDAL SPECIALIST has been humbly earned! There is just something so magical about a BRIDE on her special day & I am honored to be a part of it all!
